Default Bulbar ALS?

My tongue when I stick it out is off center to the right. I've read this is due to nerve damage possibly als. Is that accurate statement or is this something nobody has had. I've had tongue twitches for 1 1/2 years

7 months of trying to find ALS in your body.

Not healthy, please go see a doctor and stay off the internet, truly I say this for your own mental health.
