Hands and legs worried got als

Hello I'm Doug my left leg seem to get muscles more stiff when other leg seem like can keep going. Legs feel weak left one is worse weak seems to go away when I workout for awhile then seems to come back. My hands feel weak and ack sometimes and hurt not all the time no twitches or anything like that finger might twitch sometime like the whole finger twitch not skin and palm of hand hurts when I write or type and wrist hurt sometimes is this als if not can you give me a hint to what it might be. I'd also like to make some als friends if any wanna be friends id love to talk to you
