symptoms progress?

my twitching started in my tongue about 1 and 1/2 ago, and started in my foot arch last July. i went to a neuro in January and he did a physical exam and said it wasnt ALS. but here in the last 2 weeks ive started having calf pain when i walk and sometimes at rest. also i have body wide twitching and my right calf (dominant calf) measures about .5 cm less then my left. should i persue a EMG or let it go and go on living. thanks for your time.

Hon we already told you last year the same as you have been told by a neuro - you don't present with any sign of ALS. Not even a little bit.
