Hi, I continue with updates.
Today I visit the MND neuro again .
My tongue is totally wreck - 1/2 of it`s size, and burning and tingling all the time.
The neuro told me I have deff. tongue lateral atrophy - and the tingling is almost 24/7 there in the lateral line.
reflex are live, not brick, no babinsky, no hofman, but live Jaw jerk...
I also have problems with breathing and my back muscles hurt me sooo much.
The neuro told me that he now suspect ALS ,so i`m classificied in probable ALS...
Totally sh..t...

SO - 5 clear EMGs, wide body fasciculation, fatingue, and probable ALS....

I will keep you in touch with more info. SO ones again - clear EMG, done by prof. MND neuro doesn`t take off the table bulbar ALS...

HAve a nice day..

Good luck. Let us know how it goes.

As Mike said good luck. I hope the suspicions are not confirmed

For readers who may be confused I think there is a translation issue here. The poster state the neuro suspects ALS. He then states he is " classified as probable ALS". Probable ALS is a confirmed diagnosis, meeting the International El Escorial criteria for ALS in 2 regions of the body. It is not at all the same as suspecting ALS or it could be ALS which is what the neuro apparently said.
