For the past few weeks my dominant hand has been feeling very tight and stiff, especially the outside. I have had mild cramping, but nothing debilitating in any way. I just got down bowling this afternoon, so I don't think there is any functional impairment in the hand. However, my fingers feel stiff, especially the middle ones. My non-dominant hand is perfect. No atrophy at all in either hand. Anything to be concerned about in the way of ALS? I am a 28 year old male.

I cannot imagine why you're here. There's no hint of ALS in anything you posted.

You could try making your non-dominant hand dominant, thus reducing the environmental stimulus your dominant hand. If things don't change, see a neurologist.

Good Luck......

Nothing you posted sounds like ALS.
