Hello! i´m 29 years old. i have nobody in my family with this disease. Since 9 months had a dislocation of the left hip joint. My symptoms are twitching all over the body, burning the left vocal cord, numbness in the left arm and leg, a strange sensations in the left hand palm and the left foot plant, tremors of hands and left leg. my symptoms last 2 months. I am very worried but I have seen by a neurologist who says I have nothing.

Nothing you wrote says ALS.
Twitches are very common, even in healthy people.
ALS does not feel numb and does not have strange sensations.

If the neurologist is not worried, then go back to your primary doctor and see if your symptoms might be something else.

You don't have ALS, of this I'm sure.
