Bulbar Als ?

Hi.
It is a very interesting and scary situation for me.
Everything has began just one week ago. Firstly my tounge started to shake and trembling.I can feel it in my mouth, then swallow problem started and its so hard to swallow my saliva. Since yesterday i have pain on my both cheecks. My voice normal but when i talk or eating something i m going to be weak and feeling ache on my cheecks.
I just wonder that in one week how can all those sypthoms can come to me? Please can u share your thougts about my this situation?

George, read the Sticky as Clearwater suggested. ALS does not come on this way, so quickly. And pain and aching are not a symptom of onset.
