I appreciate any help I can get.
Im a 32 yr old female going on 2.5 months of progressing symptoms with no answers.
It started with calf pain on my left side, spread to the other calf.
Legs feel weak and tired. Now upper arms, biceps are also weak tired and painful/sore.
Have widespread twitching.
Hands also hurt when used a lot such as at work.
Have widespread tingling. Feet and hands fall asleep frequently at night.
Excessive joint cracking.
Doctors have guessed virus but am not getting better. Would think I would be by now.

Not ALS. (Congratulations!)

ALS destroys motor neurons so that signals can't go to muscles, so the muscles remain limp and useless.
ALS does NOT involve the "feeling" sensory nerves, so it doesn't hurt. There is no pain, no feeling of weakness, just limp paralyzed muscles.
Twitching occurs in so MANY conditions, that twitching can be anything, or nothing at all. Twitching is not diagnostic of ALS.
ALS does not have tingling, pain, weak tired and painful sore feelings. Certainly joint cracking has nothing to do with ALS.

I can't diagnose what's wrong with you as I'm not a doctor. But I know ALS pretty well and this is not it.

Thank you for your response
