I know this is a dumb question but it's been on my mind. Is it normal to have dominant arm slightly large in circumference than the arm that experiences twitching? My left arm twitches off and on for years. Never had EMG because I do not have weakness or other symptoms.

Sorry to waste your time. All me mates call me paranoid pete.

Hi John. Sorry you are worrying again. Normal for arms to be different cirumferences. Particularly normal to be larger on dominant side. After all it gets more work! As an aside statistically ALS starts most often in a dominant limb though there are tons of exceptions to that.
Best wishes
Nikki

Sorry to waste your time.

Really? Why did you click on the "Submit" button if you knew this was a waste of time.

John, go waste your time elsewhere.

Thanks Nikki, as always.God bless you and others on this subforum for all the work you done before and after ice bucket challenge. You have a tremendous amount of patience in dealing with those with cyberchondria.

John, seems you are admitting outright that you have cyberchondria.

Please stop coming to this site, do yourself a favour and show some respect instead of placating words.

All the best sorting your health issues with doctors.
