Hi im 20 years old and i live in england, I have major anxiety and often worry about my health. Recently the Ice bucket challenge has blown up over the course of the past week and whilst i was researching about ALS i was watching a video off someone explaining what it is. The next day i was in bed and i was laying on my arm for a long amount of time then suddenly it went really numb and felt like it was burning and since then my right hand has been feeling weak (not actually being weak just feels weak) and my thumb muscle keeps cramping and locking up. My left hand is also doing the same but these come and go when im thinking about it. Is this just all in my head?

Please go away. You are not even asking a intelligent question. Plus, I'm sure you didn't read the stickies! I have anxiety too I might add. . Please look elsewhere for the help you need.

Does not sound at all like ALS.

Not in your head, but in your arm pinned under you. Mute Donkey

I almost snorted my coffee out of my nose! ROFLOMA!
