Hi All,
Like most people here I have had some alarming issues that could possibly be ALS. I am a military spouse and am on a month long waiting list to see a neurologist. I was just hoping that I could find some support/relief here. I have been dealing with a lot of anxiety with my symptoms, and feel that I am driving myself crazy.
I am 26 years old, I work out 5 times a week. I do cross fit, olympic lifting, and spin classes on my off days. I have recently gotten in to working out... to try to help with anxiety. I have had fasciculations all over my body, mostly they are in my arms and legs. I haven't felt any muscle weakness or dexterity issues yet. I have had muscle pains/aches in random parts of my body my feet, hands, legs, arms, and back. Nothing crippling but just a random pain/ache and then it stops. Can anyone offer any advice on the severity of these issues in regards to ALS?
I have had a CT scan and blood work...everything came back clear and normal.
Thank you in advance for reading my post. I don't have a lot of support where I am located so any support is helpful.
