ALS hits people various ways and advancement of the disease is usually irregular. A few of the early the signs of ALS tend to be:

• Weakness or trouble in co-ordination in one arm or leg
• Changes in talking or ingesting
• Unusual muscles twitches, jerks, or cramping
• Unusual weight loss or even loss in muscle mass bulk
