I am having small sporadic fasciculations both hands, but one has persisted several days in the left hand, the muscle of the little finger reaching move this today spasms this weaker, but it looks like it is vibrating in the muscle all the time, saw some site als that can get in the hands,
but I have no weakness or atrophy, if I'm being annoying ique get asking questions, but I live in Brazil, and emg government and well-consuming.

None of what you describe points to MND/ALS.

ALS manifests itself starting with muscle WEAKNESS followed by FASCICULATIONS and ending up with muscle ATROPHY.
ALS doesn't come and go nor does get better. It's progressive and gets WORSE as the time goes by.

You do NOT have muscle weakness, therefore you do not have ALS.

If you are in Brazil and and getting an EMG in your country is not affordable to you, at least get some BLOOD TESTS done, shouldn't be too expensive. These tests would reveal if you have a vitamin or a mineral deficiency that may also cause muscle twitching.
