fasciculation hands?

hello, I started having twitching on top of the hand, a fasciculation I see some so feel the vibration consiguo not see it,this would be a symptom als

As Pearshoot posted above, in ALS, weakness is the first symptom. Afterwards, it's when you start noticing fasciculations also known as muscle twitching.
No weakness, no ALS.

Go see a Doctor. You might be having either B.F.S. or some vitamin/mineral deficiency that might be causing your hands twitching.
