Twitching since 4 years, no weakness , workout daily, lately having Bulbar Fears!
2 Quick questions, glad if you can help.
1. Is there any connect between Strength athletes and ALS, esp the ones who twitch after workout. Is there a reason, now that i do, to stop workout out?
2. Did any of you start off with Popping Jaws which felt weak while biting hard foods like Bread crusts? Mastication , swallowing, Tongue movements etc is fine.Even Meats are fine. Swallowing liquids , Talk seems fine too.
Any food with Moisture content is fine.
How does it feel when you guys had this weak Jaw thingy.
