Hi,

You live in a very beautiful city, São Paulo.
Your English is good, way better than my Portuguese.

Now, in regards to your symptoms, I am not a Docor nor a Neurologist but, those symptoms don't sound to me like ALS. I tell you because I am an ALS patient and my first symptoms didn't start like those you are describing.
ALS manifests first with muscle weakness, followed by fasciculations (also known as twitching) and ending up with muscle atrophy and you don't have none of these problems.

You might be having muscle fatigue which may produce the symptoms you are describing.
But again, I am not a Doctor, just a patient. Furthermore, you said you have diabetes and that might be contributing to the symptoms you are noticing.

However, if you are concerned about your health (and I believe you are), you should make an appointment with a GP and, depending on this Physician's evaluation, he/she may give you a referral to see a specialist for your own peace of mind.

Take care.
