Muscle cramps?

I have noticed that when I attempt to walkon my tip toes or flex my foot that has possinle atrophy in this manner, I get a sharp stitch like pain along the bottom of my foot. Is this muscle cramp or the start of weakness?, or anything als symptom sounding?

more likely a plain old cramp from arches that need more support...
