I was diagnosed with ALS and BFS about 5 years ago. 4 years since any symptoms but now they're back but now with pain and twitching in both legs and calves. I also have aching pain in both legs that wont go away.

I can walk on heels and toes, would this be symptoms of ALS? The twitching is pretty steady.

Re: question

No, these aren't typical symptoms of early ALS in the legs and feet. Please go to your primary care physician and get it checked out. You could have circulatory issues or orthopedic issues that can be treated, and your PCP will know where to send you if you need specialized care.

Good luck to you.
