All great advice here. I just sat here and read the post a few times and ended up nowhere with all the different symptoms but for House its always Lupus first and if not then its MS next. Trust me all 3 of my EMG's I got the results right then and there. Did they say anything about your NCV study? And with the speech and vision problems did they do an MRI. With those symptoms, if you were coming into our office, ALS would not even be in our differentials...so I'm confused if this is real or not.
