17 Years old scared he has ALS..

I've been having muscle twitches for around 3-4 months constantly all day on different parts of my body lasting 5seconds-1 minute or so then they pass and another body part will start to twitch. I'm a hypochondriac and I fear this is something that is related to this horrible disease... Does it sound like I have any chance for ALS?
