GP punts to neuro (again)

Hi guys,
Just got back from meeting with GP. Long and short is:
"Widespread fasiculations, Brisk reflexes 3+ knee and (bicep) jerk, a little atrophy in right quad." That's as he wrote it to the neuro--except bicep was brachial or somesuch. Nobody can get my records from Chicago so I'm really starting from phase one. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest. It helps.
