scared at night

I have been waking up at night I will roll over and feel my husband sometimes he feels cold and I can't hear him breathing I will panick and start shaking him for fear he is
dead, my heart will be racing, I am so scared this is really going to happen that one night or morning I will wake up and find him gone. It is very scarry to feel this way.

I am very sorry to hear what you are going through!

I understand what you are saying and feeling as we have been through this as well, and so have many others.

Does he have a bipap and/or are you considering one? As this could alleviate the problem you are describing.
