Making Dreams Come True for PALs?

Below is a link to my PALs latest blog ... his dream is to go to Italy to fulfill a dream his father was never able to live out. Does anyone know of an organization similar to "Make a Wish" that helps with these types of requests for ALS patients?

Sorry grown-ups are on their own.

Sadly, most families coping with ALS are dreaming of finding ways to have their most basic needs met - food, shelter, life preserving equipment, extra help - never mind travelling to Italy.

Sorry to be a downer but this is the harsh reality of ALS.

Well, with a little research I think I've just answered my own question. I thought I should share this with others who might be interested in finding ways to make their PALs dreams come true.
