Suction machine

Can anyone suggest a good portable suction machine? I might have to order one in as the only one I have seen on island today is so expensive. Don't know what I am looking for, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Personally, the bulbous tipped yanks get in the way for us. If your PALS has difficulty opening his mouth, Id suggest getting a regular yankeaur to go with the suction machine. My PALS needs quite a bit of pressure applied to his chin to get his mouth open, so the bulbous tip gets in the way.

There is actually a manual suction machine (we used them as EMTs) that might work as well. If you're not in the US, you might contact the MDA and see if they can help you with resources in your location.
