SHIPS and PLANES over the big pond

I want to take my PALS on a cruise to see the Norwegian fjords. That's the only place she's mentioned that she hasn't seen yet on her bucket list.

Does anyone have experience traveling over the pond with a PALS who needs to be fed, dressed, washed and lifted?

Hi I have seen sites that give tips and trips for people with disabilities. Might give it a google try. I am sure that Cruise ships would be very handicap friendly.
