One of my favorite jokes is about a German Chinese restaurant, the food is good the only problem is a half hour after you eat you're hungry for power

Kind of sad that now everyone feels the need to tread lightly even when trying to tell a joke. Humor is just what the doctor ordered. Is it racist? Is it too raunchy? Offensive? Come on people! And not just on this forum. I mean everywhere. Can we just live peacefully without EVERYTHING being scrutinized and becoming a major production? My very humble opinion is that we humans need to learn to pick our battles in life. Being offended by what may be a bad joke on an ALS forum or anywhere else for that matter is not one of those battles I choose to pick. Personal opinion so please don't break out the baseball bat.

Jlynn has a good point. Things are a bit sensitive now. I’ll bet that over time, the sensitivity will diminish and we’ll find that happy medium again.
