Default What do you do for you?

Just wondering what you all do for you? I know some of you at 24/7 caregivers so you probably don't have very much time to do anything for you but what helps relax you?

I am not at the 24/7 point yet, not even close, at this point I go down once a week to clean for my mom and I make meals for her, other than that I just take care of my own family. For my me time I like to paint and sculpt, I used to love to cook but now I'm on weight watchers which has zapped the fun out of that! I also really like my yoga/pilates class when I convince myself to go!
