I’m dying from one of these

I’m coughing up blood every day
Yet only first thing in the morning
I’m ever lying only on my right side
Nightly in bed until light is dawning

Sadly I cannot easily lie on my left side
It’s getting so bad my right side is sore
The simplest things are now impossible
So much that walking is becoming a chore

Daily I’m getting incredibly weak
They want me to have an operation...
