New here and so very thankful for all of your advice and ideas/thoughts in this forum!! Have read many over the last year and finally joined! We are looking at vertical lifts--wondering about an outdoor lift for a split level vs. indoor vertical lift. Incline lift won't fit in entry. What a blessing to share hope with others---thank you!

I'm sorry for what your'e going through. My monm is diagnosed with ALS and we are in the final stages. We just started hospice for the first time and it was horrible. She was crying and saying she just wants to die...she is depressed and negative all the time. It is just so hard. And I agree I think this disease just breaks you down to bare bones. I feel so bad for her, but at times I get so mad that she is not being stronger.
