hey i am 33 yo male from toronto now living in kingston on. 1 year ago started with weakness and twitches now worse. emg revealed some abnormalities. not diagnosed with anything yet, though mnd is suspected. off to other specialist for more testing in a month.

anyway.......... i want to know because i think that spraying of domestic insecticide is the cause of this. i for about 2 weeks sprayed it everyday in my room to kill small fly infestation that stemmed from roommate not cleaning, causing lots and lots of these disgusting little buggers that had invaded my 'private space'. anyway, he went and bought some of this home & garden pest spray and i used it liberally even tho it misted on my bed and floor i never thought anything of it because hey, so many people use bug killers so who cares.
then things like weakness and muscle loss started to occur but didn't noticed the latter until twitching. anyway, read up on these chemicals contained in sprays and low and behold cause of ALS is suspected in some instances (Gulf War... etc.) - could using this spray liberally for two weeks without much thought have caused this???
- i just want honest opinion could this be the damn culprit for real! !
thanks!

Please watch the language. And NO that did not cause your ALS. I wish it would be that easy. No one knows what causes ALS and a lot of things, like this, have been ruled out.

well, at least certain potential causes are being ruled out. that's a start, right?

cool then. because the idea of some toxic chemicals that I sprayed in my own room being the catalyst for my (suspected) problems would be a real pain in the zonkey donkey.
