I have a 3:38 - 4:13 am clock. I wish I could turn that one off. I can get back to sleep after an hour or so .

Lately, I get the nightmares also . I think they are just my brain dealing with the dark side of things.

Sleep..what is that. I think my husband has one eye open the whole night. We have tried everything to allow him a peaceful night sleep. Still searching..... any ideas????
