Hi,
Does anyone get really tired during the day? Any days that you don't feel like taking a nap here or there?

Also, a few other symptoms, I get the tightness, having trouble swallowing problem once in a while, sometimes may be due to tension, not sure. It feels like my throat is too small, and the food goes down slow.

Also, I get stiff, and those cramps in parts of my body. I have muscle quivering in some muscles on and off (fasics), nothing I'd consider bad.

Can strengthening muscles help? Like with foot/leg dragging? I think I only lift up my foot so far, and it catches on things.

All in all, I'm doing fine, these things don't keep me from stuff, just aggravating, esp. tiredness and fatigue. I'm not sure what I'm dealing with at the moment.

hi jl73.
we can definatly relate to those problems.
i ofton have a nap in the afternoon mainly because i dont sleep too well ,even with sleep meds.
fatigue is a constant thing even though i'm not very active anymore,as muscles weaken even small amounts of activity fatigue the muscles.
you have to listen to your body and pace yourself.
gentle stretching exercises are best, exercising can increase fatigue ,stiffness and spasms.

Olly your right ,But being i live in a warm climate i feel i dont fatigue as easy . Maybe Sun as well, i dont know for sure . But i work in the yard until heat is too much then go in for a Bit ,I have a Lanai with a fan ,so me and my Kitty sit for a Bit . Then i go back out for some more . Like you said Pace yourself . Know your limits ,But if you dont do nothing at all You'll Suffer more . You Have to Pursue just a little more . Your Friend Geo
