Not allowing me access

I'm a new user and the website said I'm now activated and can use this site. However, whenever I click on a person's profile it says I am not authorized. Can you help?

Also - how do I send a privte post or email to one user?

You must have I believe 15 posts first for Private Message privalages and such. Scammers and salesman had caused Dave to put this security feature into effect. Feel free to post until then.
