View Full Version : Zaphoon Is A First-Time Grandpa!

My daughter and son-in-law are celebrating the birth of their new born son, Wyatt, weighing in at 6lbs-6oz, 19.5" tall! They live in Hinesville, Ga. and my wife and 2nd daughter are with them for a few weeks to help out and cause commotion.

YIPPPEEE!!!!! Now you have a new title to add to your belt. Who knows what it will be- Grandpa- Papa-....I wonder what little Wyatt will inherit from you? A liking for the zaphoon perhaps?

Congratulations on your new grand baby Kim. I was reading the forums this morning before coffee and saw under general discussion that someone named Zachary was praising Britney Spears. I thought is said Zaphoon was posting and I thought to myself "gee Kim is getting weird interests" and then had coffee and re-read it and was much relieved that it wasn't you <g>.

I know you will find as much joy in your grandchildren as I have in mine. As I sit here and key this in my 5 year old grandson, Jai'Breon just handed me a masterpiece, colored for me only, of mickey mouse. Heres hoping you will recieve many masterpieces from your new grandson. :-)

OK Kim, the baby is 4 days old ~ WHERE ARE THE PHOTOS???? Hope mom and baby are doing well.

Thank you all for the congratulatory remarks and well wishes! Pictures will be posted as soon as I get them emailed to me (and I've been working on that...).
Little Wyatt was born with some blockage in his intestines and for a while there, the docs were saying they might have to surgically fix things if an enema didn't work. Well, I can't imagine giving a 2 day or 3 day old baby an enema but they did and it got things moving for the the little guy. He was taken home from the hospital today.
He has gone home to meet 2 doggies, Bella (a Boston terrier) and Bruiser (a psychotic American bulldog). Well, okay, he only goes psycho on me but that's only because... that's only because, (heck, I don't know why!). I imagine with a baby in the house given psycho dog's protective nature, I'll have a worse time with him on my next visit.

I hope little Wyatt continues to do well, I'm glad he's at home with his family now! I know how much you wish you could have been there too. .... don't forget the pictures...... you lucky guy!
