I am 48 yrs old, was diagnosed just over a year ago. I cannot speak. Just yesterday got my wheels.
Is it normal for my feet to swell? What would you do if you lived in the country and had no way to go anywhere?:(

I am not sure what to say or what you are really asking???
I think we need a little more information on your situation. Why can't you go anywhere?
I also lived in the country and had to sell and move to an area I could get support, maybe that is what you need to do.
And yes, as the disease progresses and a person becomes more immobile feet do swell, I try to keep mine elevated and that helps.
