New to the Forum

Hi, My name is Nancy but my screen name is t34gib. I was diagnosed with MND in December and I am returning to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville on Monday the 19th and Tues the 20th for more testing. I have had a clean EMG through my local Neuro in November but they are going to do them again in Jacksonville. I have bulbar symptoms. So I have just joined the "wait and see" crowd. We are the ones who are always in a state of panic and have that look of extreme fright about us. But, so far I have learned from the veterans that calm is the only way to go. So I try to remain calm and not let the panic gain on me. Thanks for being here everyone.
