I am not diagnosed. However I get a very tired after eating with a feeling of a small ball in my throat. Could this be a symptom?
Is it also typical for the voice to get more scratchy as the day progresses?

I am diagnosed...first signs were, liquids spurting out of my mouth when I drank, or ate things like cereal, slurred speech, extra saliva, having to swallow a lot more whilst talking, which slowed my speech down noticeably..
I did have weakness which the doctor picked up on, but I had not noticed that at all..I was surprised when the doctor said I had weakness. I had no problems with eating or drinking at that time..that was one year ago

Beach- don't drive yourself nuts. Let the docs figure it out. Hard advice to take, I know, but I wish I'd done this in the early stages.
