View Full Version : Constipation, nothing works
Does anyone have a good idea of how my mom can get rid of problem constipation due to the formula she eats. She has tried different formulas and different drugs. Nothing seems to work more than once. Any ideas would be a big help.

Step 1: Be ready to go to the bathroom really quick. (This could be the most important step.)
Step 2: Make some veggy juice.
Step 3: Grind some flax. Put it in the juice. Mix.
Step 4: Drink. Or eat if it's thick enough.

You mother should take digestive enzymes before every meal. This should help her constipation. They are beneficial for all people and helps keep my PALS bowel movement quiet regular.
