Hey Al,
I just purchased a brand new dedicated server for ALSFORUMS; it’s a busy little site the last 12 months and we’ve warn out our welcome being hosted free of charge.
The new server, though pricy, should be miles more reliable and faster than the current Dallas server.

I failed to mention the reason I was giving you the heads up; the forum will likely have to put on “hold” for 8-12 hours during the move… I’ll let you know in advance so perhaps you can let people know why the site is offline during the move.
We will try to give ample notice when we will be offline and hopefully it will be a seamless transition.
