I am just trying a few new potions I found on the WEB that promise some relief of ALS symptoms. They are:

Acetyl L-Carnitine (700mg) HCI and Acetyl L-Carnitine Arginate (500mg) ( in one capsule)
R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (100mg)

I take two of each twice a day
Anybody have experiences with these before

Ron

I've heard a lot of good things about alpha lipoic acid. I guess it's popular in Britain to combat parkinson's.
I haven't heard of the other two, what do they do?

Cheers

The other two apparantly help to diminish things like fatigue and spacicity (hope I spelt that right). Acetyl L Carnitine and Acetyl L Carnitine Arginate can cross the blood brain barrier so that apparantly is agood thing.
