With hot weather coming my feet are swelling very badly. Any suggestions for some simple remedies without resorting to diuretics?:)

Hi Al,

Thanks so much for posting that link to Diane's web page. I really enjoyed reading her thoughts/ideas. Particularly her suggestions for swollen feet.

I have been experiencing that 'burning' sensation in my feet and was told by the doctor at the MD Clinic that one thing to do is to put "Icy Hot" on my feet at bed-time (when it's the worst) and then light weight sox to save the sheets. Sounds crazy to put something that will generate heat on my burning feet, but it does help!

Yes that does sound strange but whatever works for you. Thanks.

AL.
