Hi everyone, I have been having muscle twitching for about 2 months now. It can come and go at any time. It usually lasts about 3 seconds and is gone. It is like a light flicker. I have had it in the thigh, hamstring, stomach, chest, upper and lower arms and the throat. It happens about 25 times a day. I have looked up muscle twitching on the net and it comes up reguarly with ALS. Is this how everyones ALS starts. I am now worried. Thanks for listening and have a great day.

Try looking up benign fasciculation syndrome. It's less scary.
