To me (totally untrained in the medical field) it looks like your legs are well "toned"! JK What do I know? :)

iwalk alot and pretty active. but it's just wierd for it to be on just one side. i don't think the one leg has atrophy.

yes it's the only on that side not on the other. i only noticed it in the pic then i looked in the mirror at home and it was only on that one side.
