thankyou, i skipped through it and thought it was questionable, i did not recognize the name, just looked in members list to check and he was not there.
i have noticed there are a few dodgy ones giving you the run around lately lol.
how having weights hanging off /strapped to your body can slow down or cure als is beyond logic and questions our mental function.
are you ok al, or as ok as you can be?
