Just read an article in yesterdays paper where our friend and member Billy Dyle has been asked to go before Congress and testify in support of the National Registry for ALS bill.

Anyone can read the article at; http://www.sunherald.com/201/story/517411.html

Good job Billy. He has done so much for ALS awareness and raising funds for research and support of ALS victims. Thank You Billy.

I think it's PALS presenting themselves and speaking publicly from their diseased and failing bodies that have the loudest, clearest voices. That takes such tremendous courage, effort, and energy. So many people don't have a clue about how difficult the daily struggle is for PALS and CALS.
Thanks Billy for your courage and effort on behalf of all PALS. Have a safe trip to and from DC. I hope it's not too arduous. I'm sure you'll get very tired, but you'll have the satisfaction of knowing that you are playing a real role in helping to get this bill passed. And thanks MtPockets for posting about this event and for the link for this article.
Take care and all the best,
Jane
