The left side of my jaw had muscle cramps and slight wasting for a long time, but just recently the left side of my lower lip/mouth quivers like twitches or facics, is this normal in ALS, what does this mean, what is going to happen to my mouth??????

Hi Sam- I have exactly the same problem, and no DX. Not sure what it all means but I am grateful that I can still eat and talk. LOL, notice the order of those 2 priorities!

I have this too from time to time. Its worse if I'm tired or having a bad day ~ like today ~ I intend to ask what will happen to my lip when I see the doctor on Monday. I know my tongue is slowly changing shape, and I don't like it, but no one really sees it but me... I happily also can eat and talk and kiss! ;) so its not the end of the world for me yet, but it is distressing when it happens.

Oh. I forgot to add kissing to the list. We have another new grandson born April 9th and I would hate to not be able to kiss his little head.
