Hi I have not ask any questions only read posts. I have been DX with ALS as of Dec of 07. My family has ask if DesMoines or Iowa has any type of ALS foundation? I have not seen anything but I beleive when my brother inlaw was dealing with ALS he went to something in the DesMoines area, this was in 1996.

ALS is one of the diseases covered by the Muscular Dystrophy Association. We have support groups, clinics, wheelchairs & leg braces, communication devices, research and more.
