i've been holding on to an rx my neuro wrote for a headmaster collar, delaying in part because i don't quite understand the instructions for measuring for sizing:

measure the distance from the center of your chin to center directly under your jaw.

"center under jaw"?

or

measure from center of chin to corner of jaw

ok, that makes more sense, but straight line or following the jaw with a cloth tape?

oops theres the answer in full detail on the symmetric designs site:
Take a measurement with a ruler from the centre of the chin, in a straight line to the "corner" of the jaw in either metric (cm) or imperial (inch). In the table below, this measurement is referred to as "a". See the photo to the right for details.
