leg twitches

Hi all,
does anyone have a suggestion to control leg twitches, my legs are bad they keeping me awake

My wife has suffered with leg twitches as well. We tried all sorts of arthritus style creams via trial and error.
She has found one's containing lavender and ginger to be the best.

I find it helps to stretch several times during the day, and keep the feet propped up as much as possible. And I thiunk my Quinine helps with this as well.
