Note that with acute upper motor neuron lesions there is often flaccid paralysis with decreased tone and decreased reflexes. With time (hours to weeks), increased tone and hyperreflexia usually develop.

Great site. Thanks I was able to see the videos. When you select the video you want to see it takes you to a text page. On that page, you will see the title you selected above an image. Below the image you will see in red text "LOW SPEED" and "HIGH SPEED". Click on one of them and you can download or play the clip. From what I can tell you can only view the clips if you have Real Player installed. I couldn't get them to play on anything else.
